Important Dates and Deadlines

• October 12 – Budget discussion open.
• October 26 at 12:00 p.m. – The electronic discussion and comment period will close. Please submit all final questions, comments, and recommendations through the survey before this deadline.
• October 27 at 12:00 p.m. – Membership Budget Meeting via Zoom – Following the close of the survey, the Board will compile and review the results. The Association will then host a membership meeting via Zoom to discuss the proposed budget, with a final vote taking place during the meeting.

Full membership participation is imperative. Members are encouraged to participate in both the electronic review period and the final Zoom meeting to ensure their feedback is considered and their votes are included in the budget approval process.
